How do I get access to Wander? +

Wander is currently in TestFlight beta on iOS. Email info@wanderapp.ca and we'll add you to the group. An Android version is on the way.

Which cities does Wander cover? +

Calgary and Banff to start. We're working on more — if you'd like to see your city next, let us know.

A park is missing, wrong, or out of date. How do I fix it? +

Tap the park on the map, then "Report" — you can flag missing equipment, broken gates, incorrect categories, or anything else that doesn't match what's actually there. You can also email us with details.

How do reviews and photos work? +

Anyone signed in can leave a review or upload a photo from a park's detail page. Photos go through a quick moderation check before they go live to keep things safe and on-topic.

How do I find dog parks, splash pads, or specific equipment? +

Use the filter pills at the top of the map, or search by category. You can also search by amenity (washroom, picnic table, fenced, off-leash, etc.).

Can I save favourite parks or plan with friends? +

Yes — tap the heart on any park to save it to your favourites. Social features (sharing places with friends, suggesting meetups) are rolling out — drop us a line if you'd like to test them early.

I found a bug, or the app is crashing. +

Sorry about that. From the side menu, tap "Report a bug" — it sends us the details automatically. Or email info@wanderapp.ca.

How do I delete my account or get a copy of my data? +

Email info@wanderapp.ca from the address on your account and we'll take care of it. See Privacy & Terms for the full picture of what we collect.

Is Wander free? +

Yes. No ads, no tracking, no paywalls.
